Cell Phone Ringtones?

Does anyone know how to make free cell phone ringtones? My cell phone's a samsung m510 and when people try bluetoothing ringtones to me, it doesn't work =\ I have no usb cord to connect it to my computer. Any advice?

1. if you want to make your own ringtone then download a ringtone maker from download.com and rip your favorite song. but you must have a usb cable for transferring to your cp, you must buy one, if you don't have it yet. it really takes some effort to make your own ringtone but it's worth it because it's free.
