1. Ventones is the only site that I use. Its easy and they won't spam you You won't find any free sites unless you make them yourself. There you can use any mp3 file and then pick what part of the song you want, and they send it to your phone.
2. If you have a store on your phone, go there. They probably have new free songs every week, like mine does.
