Download totally free ringtones

A website for free cell phone ringtones....?

My friend gave me a website for free cell phone ringtones, and all you have to do is pick a song, and text it to your phone...BUT when i get the text, it sends me the website of the ringtone, and i would have to connect to the internet on my phone to finish downloading the tone... I dont believe I have the internet on my phone...is that the only way to download it? are there any websites where it texts you the actual song and you can just assign the ringtone to a caller? I have a slider phone by Samsung, model SGH-E635.... i would really appreciate serious help, and if you know anything about my phone, and how i can make this work... thank you so much in advance.... :)
