1. you have to use a site like ventones and then if you dont have internet, download the ringtone to your computer and use a cable to put it on. but if you have internet, they will send it to your phone
2. i dont really know of any places of getting them without internet unless you have a cord that hooks up to your phone. myxertones.com is a good free ringtone site. and u can upload your own songs and take any part of the song you'd like. they send it in a text message and some phones can download it straight from the text without internet..but some phones require the internet.
