1. there are no such things as free ringtones
2. I know that the website below has a coupon for a free ringtone from Jamster! Ringtones from this site are really reasonable I think and at least you get a free one as a promotional gift. i'm not aware of you having to buy anything else to get it. I just saw it in the PDA cell phones section.
3. You can try www.phonezoo.com you have to register your phone number they will send you a text with verify code to put in. You can find ringtones you want and send text link to your phone it cost you for internet time on your phone unless you have unlimited. The tome that have a C beside them are copyrighted but there are alot of them that are not. I have gotten about 60 ringtones from it and never cost my anything.
4. You can buy a data cable and load whatever music you want to your phone and then use it as a ringtone. Here is the link for someone else who did it. Just search on ebay for "chocolate lg data cable"
5. go to 3gupload.com there you could put your own music as a ringtone and it's free.
