1. yes but you need either a datacable for your make and model of phone, or a bluetooth adapter for your pc if your phone supports bluetooth. at a push you could get an infrared adapter for your pc but they're really really slow and anything that requires line-of-sight should be burned. we don't yet live in the days of harry potter so unless you buy some form of hardware you'll have to use the wap internet on your phone.

3. I am sorry to say that anytime you download a ringtone to your phone it has to access the internet to actually retreive the information. I learned this in the time that I worked for major mobile service provider. However, downloading from a computer to your phone uses less kb than signing onto the internet with your phone and then downloading.
4. Sure you can! Just drag and drop the ringtones from your computer to the File Manager in your cellphone using a data cable. As simple as that!!!!
5. Yes. There are certain websites that does that, but usually with a fee. however, I can't specify which site... :( You know, what you can do is attach ur phone to your computer by using a cable. That way, you can transfer mp3 files to your phone and use them as ringtones. I think it is better. :) hope I was able to help.
