1. ventones lets me make free ringtones for my Tmobile phone, but its not prepaid so im not sure. if you have internet on your phone, then im sure it will work.
2. Well that depends on what kind of phone you have. If you have a Motorola, you can either buy or dl a program called motorola phone tools, which allows you to cut and edit mp3's from your library on your computer, and make them into ring tones. There are other programs like this for other phones that are usually sold at your local cell accessories store/kiosk in the mall for around $20. Usually it will be packaged as the usb cable with software. Hope this helps.
