Download totally free ringtones

free ringtones? cingular? no internet?

Ive tried phonezoo & ventones and they all require me to use the internet. I need FREE ringtones that can go into my cingular phone. any suggestions on websites? thanx!

3. They are all pretty much going to require you to use their website to make the tones, or to pick what you need...so in essence you need the internet. You don't need the internet on your cell though, just on a computer. This is how they work: -You create an account on the website -You can choose from ringtones that others have uploaded, or create your own from music you have -When finished, you tell it to send it to your phone and it comes in the form of a text/picture/data message on your phone If you do not have internet access to do this, the only option I can think of is to have friends who have ringtones you like to send them to you from their phones.
4. There are some on line wireless phone services where you can create and share ring tones and by using USB.
