Download totally free ringtones

Does anyone know how to download free ringtones?

I need to be able to download them without using the internet on my phone. Is that possible?

3. if you have AT&T you can make the ringtones for free from this site Ventones and they can send it to you in a text message Or else, you will have to download the ringtone to your computer and use a cable to put it on
