Download totally free ringtones

How can I make ringtones on my pc and put them on my phone?

i wanna cut down songs so i can use them as ringtones. i DONT wanna send them to my phone from the internet or text message. i wanna put them on my pc and download them into my phone with a usb. so if anyone cal help let me know

2. Nokia Pc suite software allows this, So does the moterola software. Google searches turn up heaps. But if your like me, just use the entire mp3 as the ring tone.
3. Create short little clips of any songs you want on your PC. This will ONLY work if your cell phone has a memory card though. Ok so this is what my dad did. He made short clips of songs he wanted for ringtones. Burned them to a CD. Put them to a portable modom, then connected that modom to his friend's laptop with his memory card inside it. Then loads them into there, and bam. There you go, your ringtones are on your memory card in your phone. This is my way. Hope I helped. Oh and how you make the short clips is simple. My dad has on his PC Roxio Sound Editor, and you just start the song when your want it to start on how you want it on your phone then Cut it when you want it to stop. I would prefer though, that your clips are under 30 seconds, just because when someone calls it will go to Voicemail at 28 seconds. Anyways then just save your clips to your PC, and Burn!
