1. mobile17.com myxertones.com ----they both are free but they send u txt messages! the txt messages have the song on it! (it is attached) u also need to have the song on your computer! IT HAS TO BE A MP3! u can tell if it is a MP3 if it says .mp3(below the name of the file)!!!! these sites also do wallpapers!!!! i also have some sites where u can download free music! 2. there really is no free website for ringtones there's always a catch to something!
3. um the best place is "phonezoo.com" they use to have every ring tone i could think of but now they dont bujt no problem cuse you can just download it from limewire and then upload it and get any part you want. the ringtone can go from 1 second to 30. and you can change the volume of it and all give it a try all you pay is the internet use
