do itunes ringtones work with verizon?

so i saw that itunes now has ringtones. I thought that would be good because my verizon ringtones are really expensive. do the itunes ringtones work with verizon, or is it only for at&t?

1. only for iphone, its a different protected format. You should learn to make your own ringtones. Ventones is a site that lets you customize your phone with ringtones or graphics. But for verizon, sometimes sending it in a message doesnt work.
