where can i get for us cellular?

is there a place to get ABSOLUTELY FREE ringtones for us cellular? and my phone doesnt have internet so it cant be a site that sends a link 2 ur phone

1. myexertones.com its absoutly free. after you sign up you go to help and find where it says help download and it will say something like for u.s cellular and some others, that you have to follow a link, where it updates your settings then it send it to you in a picture text messege. which for most u.s. cellular plans, you get free incoming picture text messeges. it works perfectly. i've been using it for a while. some say that it doenst work for older phones. but i for sure know it works for some samsung phones and the razors and the rockers.
