how to get COMPLETLEY free ringtones, using a USB cable.?

i am looking for a site or program which i can make my own ringtones and send them to my motorola V3xx razr COMPLETLY FREE, using a USB data cable!

4. you can download a program called Sony sound forge, and get a bluetooh device for your computer. sony sound forge will allow you cut the ringtone to 'x' amount of seconds your want and then you can use the bluetooth device to send the mp3 to your cellphone thats how i did it. good luck.

6. Why bother making your own when you dont' have to waste time? But hey listen if you really want to then fine ... dl this program called audacity its a freeware or if you have a mac then you can use garageband or any mp3 splitter ... but make sure its 30 seconds. If your comp doesn't play mp3 then you can convert them to whatever you want like AAC from media-convert.com or using Nokia's PC Suite or even iTunes But listen ...
