how does a person get free ringtones on a pay as you use it phone without paying a monthy fee for it TERRY?

I dont like the ringtones that came with the phone it is a pre paid phone and i have to keep buying minutes for it and I would like to find a way to get online and find some nice ringtones it's not a contract phone so i would rather spend the money on minutes then ring tones how do you get them for free?
