How can I create free ringtones for a motorola RIZR Z3 phone?

I just bought a motorola RIZR Z3 with T-mobile......can I download free ringtones from the internet? can I create my own ringtones with snipets of songs etc.? how can I do this (if possible)? P.S I'm using an Apple computer

2. apple computer makes everything easy for u. heres wat i do download songs on limewire then cut them using guitarband and bluetooth them over to my phone and i know this will work for you because i did it for my friend who had a z3.
3. Download a program called "one-click ringtone converter". You can make a ringtone from any part of the song or you can convert the entire song as ringtone.
4. Download a program called "one-click ringtone converter" or "Nero Wave Editor" these helps you to either directly conver them into mp3 format and allowas you to crop the part you want for example the chorus part.
