Download totally free ringtones

I want to know how to edit music so that i can make them into ringtones?

I need to know how to edit songs so they are about 15 to 20 seconds long because i got a cell phone (LG 8600) that lets you upload media to your phone and you can make your own ringtones to if you make them short enough. Please help! Thanks!

2. I was actually just cruising downloads.com and remembered this question.
