I'm trying to create my own ringtone's from my MP3 and WAV files so I can use them on my Verizon phone but I've had no luck. I even think they'll use .PMD files but I can't find a program to convert them. CAN ANYONE HELP!!!!

How do I make mp3s from my computer into ringtones for the Verizon LG VX8600? I just bought the LG VX8600 and was pretty much disgusted by the loaded ringtones and the prices/selection for the ones online. I also bought a 2gb memory card and the music essentials pack. Some places don't work since it sends a link, while other places I get it but it sounds like a horrible recording. The only place that has worked awesome for me was Easy Ringtone Maker but since that is no longer up I was looking for another one. Even if I have to pay per ringtone I don't care as long as I can make it and it sends and automatically downloads and runs. And it sounds like CD quality, not recorded quality. Saving Verizon ringtones, "delete memory" error message? I just downloaded some Verizon ringtones to my phone and 2 of them saved but when i try to save the one a message comes up thats says "delete memory" I tried deleting a bunch of songs out of the memory but it still won't work. I figured it out...you open the active sing on the comp. with the phone connected. click explore thenclick the device icon twice then applications then sound. then you drag and drop the music clip from your pc into the sound folder.
